After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in London, Clive returned to Central Africa where he ran a successful family business. He then moved to South Africa where he held senior management positions in the Corporate World. In the year 2000, yearning to get back to being an entrepreneur, and to work with people which he absolutely loves, Clive and his wife bought a Guesthouse in Strand, the purchase process of which turned into a living nightmare. Assisted by the management and staff of Seeff to get everything sorted out, Clive decided, in 2001, to join the Seeff family where he could help buyers and sellers achieve their own Home Story with as little fuss and disruption as possible.

Currently working out of the Paarl office, Clive appreciates the historical significance of the town. It is after all the 3rd oldest town in South Africa after Cape Town and Stellenbosch. It has some of the finest schools in the country including Paarl Gimnasium, established in 1858; La Rochelle in 1860; Boys High in 1868 and Girls High in 1876, to name but a few. Clive’ sons and daughters were schooled at Boys High and Girls High.

Clive enjoys the healthy outdoor lifestyle afforded by the Winelands with its majestic mountain ranges and one of the largest granite outcrops in the world. Visits to the numerous wine farms and cellars in the region with their superb restaurants also afford Clive the opportunity to be out and about when not seeing to clients needs with buying and selling property.
