With a remarkable career spanning over five decades, Hosea has established himself as a pillar of the real estate industry in Polokwane. His journey began in the administrative sector, where he honed his organizational skills and developed a keen understanding of client service. In 1995, he embarked on an entrepreneurial venture, establishing a successful filling station and general dealer’s business.
In 1999, Hosea joined Seeff Polokwane as a trainee intern. His dedication and determination quickly propelled him to the forefront of the industry. In 2003, he was recognized as the branch's top sales agent, a testament to his exceptional sales acumen and client focus.
Hosea's achievements extended beyond the branch level, as he secured the National 14th place in Sales for units in 2004. He obtained his full status agent qualification in 2009, a milestone that solidified his position as a respected and sought-after real estate professional.
Throughout his real estate career, Hosea has been the recipient of numerous accolades, including Achiever agent status and Chairman's awards. His ability to provide sound advice, coupled with his unwavering integrity, has earned him the respect of colleagues and clients alike.
Despite his remarkable achievements, Hosea remains humble and approachable. His soft-spoken demeanour and genuine care for his clients have endeared him to many. A devoted family man, he cherishes the time spent with his wife and two children.
Currently pursuing his NQF 5 in real estate, Hosea's commitment to continuous learning reflects his unwavering dedication to his profession. He continues to serve as a Non-Principal Property Practitioner at Seeff Polokwane, where he remains a driving force in the industry.
