Marianna and her husband have been living in Ceres since 1983 and she considers herself a native. She worked at a local bank for 25 years - and had experience in handling mortgages – until she retired there in 2006 and joined the Seeff family as a receptionist. Since then she has grown in her job, and also loved it immensely, and she now does the entire franchise group’s referrals and since 2014 she handles the rentals in Ceres and Prince Alfred Hamlet. In her first eight years of managing the rentals, Seeff Ceres’ book has grown with 520% which she is very proud of.
She is honest, hard working, punctual and well respected and it is her daily goal to provide her best service to both the owners and tenants of all rental properties while staying true to the ethics embedded in the values of the Seeff brand. Her 25 years of banking background also helps her to summarise people and make sure she finds the best suitable tenant for your property.
Marianna knows the area and the people very well and she loves her job and all the different challenges it presents to her. She is proud of what she is doing and of working for Seeff.
