Having grown up in a family involved in property development Sam developed a deep understanding for property. Through this immersion, Sam's natural career choice was to work in Real Estate. Starting as a personal assistant in a property construction and development company Sam began by amassing her administrative and interpersonal skills which included project management, attention to detail, meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority, developing client rapport and problem solving skills. With this formative experience, it was then a natural progression for Sam to move into the Long Term Rental side of Real Estate.
Enjoying the energetic work pace of the rental arena as well as its challenges in assisting prospective tenants Sam thrived as an agent. When Sam decided to relocate from Johannesburg to Ballito she decided to continue in this field and build on her foundation.
Sam's well organized and efficient nature, and her results driven approach, ensure all matters are taken care of and connecting with a client, building trust, always acting in an honest and upfront manner are just some of her core values. Sam chose to join Seeff North Coast because of the company's reputable brand and its modern approach to property management. Sam is now working in the Seeff North Coast Rental Division where she concentrates on procuring and managing rental properties in the Ballito, Salt Rock and Sheffield Beach areas. Being exceptionally focused, and highly driven by results, Sam has already been very successful in securing both managed and unmanaged leases in her first months of being operational. Being part of the Rental Team gives her the backing of a highly experienced task force who oversees credit vetting, regular property inspections, and access to legal advice, in house management service for repairs and maintenance and effective account payments.
