Noelle Balomenos

I graduated with a degree in Child and Family Psychology in 2009 and soon thereafter a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, specialising in English Methodology. After 13 years of moulding young minds, I decided I was ready to take on a new challenge and decided to venture out into the world of Real Estate. I could not think of a more beautiful place to begin this exciting new career, and when I moved to the Western Cape in 2023, I was fortunate enough to be welcomed into the Seeff family as an intern rental agent, and there I provided with the opportunity to start learning from some of the best in the industry right from the get-go.

Coming from a background in the field of Education, I thrive on interacting and networking with people and trying to care for and understand their needs. I am also currently working towards obtaining my certification in Marketing because I am passionate about strategizing and have a keen interest in researching, keeping up to date and following market trends.

Along my journey to Real Estate, I have collected many treasures, in the form of various skills and values, that I feel will only add to my development as an estate agent. I could not have asked for a better space to blossom and share these skills than in my new role as a member of Seeff Strand & Gordon’s Bay team.
