Willie van Rensburg was a teacher for many years and he started his teaching career at Boy's High in 1987, where after he moved to Riversdale in 1990 to pursue his career at Oakdale. He always had a passion for farming, so in between teaching and coaching rugby at school, he also farmed part time.
When retiring in 2017 he joined the Seeff Country Team and specializes in farms and smallholding. Since farming is one of his passions in life, he acquired a lot of knowledge and experience in this field over the years.
