This holiday studio is in the heart of Onrus, a charming coastal town. It offers convenient access to various attractions and amenities. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach Davies tidal pool, which is great for swimming, or take a 20-minute stroll to Onrus Beach for sun and sand. If you're in the mood for shopping or catching a movie, the Whale Coast Mall is just up the road.

Hermanus is famous for its whale-watching points. You can spend some time in town exploring the many restaurants, open-air markets, and art galleries. For more adventure, you can take a drive to the Big Cat Sanctuary in Stanford or enjoy a wine tour in the beautiful Hemel and Aarde Valley. There's plenty to see and do, ensuring you'll create lasting memories during your stay.

The studio itself is a dream come true, situated in a central location within walking distance of the Onrus Trading Post and Onrus Beach. It has all the essentials, so all you need to bring are your suitcases and braai wood. The studio features a communal braai area with a portable braai, and you can relax indoors with amenities like DSTV and Fiber. The kitchenette includes a little gas stove, microwave, hot plate, hot air fryer, and fridge.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area are filled with natural light and provide seamless flow to the bedroom. The studio has one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower. For added convenience, on-street parking in front of the home, a wheelchair-friendly ramp, and a private entrance to the studio. In case of load-shedding, the studio has a backup power system to ensure essential amenities stay connected.

**BOOKING CONDITIONS**
- Contact the agent for availability.
- A minimum 10-night stay is required for bookings between 16 December and 16 January.
- During long weekends and school holidays, a minimum 3-night stay applies.
- At other times of the year, a minimum 2-night stay is required.
- No check-ins or check-outs are allowed on 25 December or 01 January.
- No pets are allowed.
- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
- No additional linen or towels are provided.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- Guests must log in with their own Netflix and DSTV accounts.
- These are self-catering accommodations. Housekeeping services are not provided; guests must make their own arrangements.
- The property accommodates a maximum of 2 guests.
- There is no access to a garage, on-street parking for one vehicle only.
- No washing machine available, guest must make use of a laundromat.
- The property may be shared with owners or other guests, with separate entrances for each unit.
- Long-term rental inquiries (over 3 months) will not be entertained.
- Monthly rentals during the peak season (December/January) are not available.
