The upmarket studio is located in the heart of Vermont, a charming coastal suburb. It offers convenient access to various attractions and amenities. Within a short 15-minute walk, you can reach Davies tidal pool, which is great for swimming, or a longer stroll to Onrus Beach for a day of sun and sand. If you're in the mood for shopping or catching a movie, the Whale Coast Mall is just up the road.

Indigo Blue studio itself is a dream come true, situated in a central location within walking distance of the Onrus Trading Post. It has all the essentials, so all you need to bring are your suitcases.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area are filled with natural light and provide seamless flow to the bedroom. Furnished practically and colorful for easy use. Studio Blue has a full kitchen with oven / stove and dishwasher making longer stays convenient. In the lounge a big SmartTV where guest can log in to their own Netflix and DSTV. Fiber is available with a UPS so you will always be connected. You also have a small deck where to sit and enjoy a glass of wine and good back with distant sea views.

The studio has one bedroom with a queen bed and built-in cupboards, you will have access to a full bathroom. For added convenience, parking right in front of the unit.

**BOOKING CONDITIONS**
- Contact the agent for availability.
- A minimum 7-night stay is required for bookings between 16 December and 16 January.
- During long weekends and school holidays, a minimum 3-night stay applies.
- At other times of the year, a minimum 2-night stay is required.
- No check-ins or check-outs are allowed on 25 December or 01 January.
- No pets are allowed.
- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
- No additional linen or towels are provided.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- These are self-catering accommodations. Housekeeping services are not provided; guests must make their own arrangements.
- The property accommodates a maximum of 2 guests.
- There is no access to a garage, parking is available in front of the unit for one vehicle.
- No washing machine available, guest must make use of a laundromat.
- The property may be shared with a long-term tenant, with separate entrances to the main house.
- Long-term rental inquiries (over 3 months) will not be entertained.
- Monthly rentals during the peak season (December/January) are not available.
