Booking Notes

We do not accept cheques. For deposit refund purposes it is vital that all banking details are provided. Rates quoted are per unit. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Holiday Accommodation bookings are subject to availability and Seeff National Marketing's Terms & Conditions. 1. In order to process your booking, a copy of your identity document, proof of residence and this signed booking form MUST be emailed to anecke.saunders@seeff.com as soon as possible. Once processed, you will receive an invoice for payment. 2. In order to secure your booking, 30% of the total booking amount is required and payable as soon as you receive an invoice. This deposit is non-negotiable and non-refundable. 3. The balance of the booking amount is due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date. Proof of payment must be emailed to anecke.saunders@seeff.com. 4. Should your booking dates fall within the above payment periods, the full booking amount is required upfront as soon as you receive an invoice. Proof of payment must be emailed to anecke.saunders@seeff.com. 5. No cancellations will be accepted/refunded unless we are notified in writing no less than 30 days prior to your arrival date. 6. A security deposit is applied to ALL bookings. This will be refunded to you once a satisfactory outgoing inspection has been performed after departure. Amounts applied will vary according to the unit and period booked. Your banking details are required in order to enable this refund payment. 7. Kindly note that cash deposits incur bank charges which will be for your account and will automatically be deducted from your security deposit before any balance is refunded to you. 8. Should any damage/theft be discovered upon outgoing inspection, the repair/replacement value will be deducted from your security deposit before any balance is refunded. Should the repair/replacement cost of the damage exceed the security deposit amount held, you will be invoiced and liable to pay the difference immediately. 9. All bookings are subject to a once off outgoing cleaning fee. Amounts will vary according to the unit booked. Strictly no smoking is permitted indoors. Should we suspect smoking has taken place, you will be invoiced and liable for additional deep cleaning fees and lose your security deposit or you may face prosecution. 10. Arrival time is after 12H00. Please report at establishment offices. Arrivals after 18H00 will incur a late arrival fee as directed by your Host. 11. Departure is before 10H00. Please report at the establishment office. Late departures will be penalized financially. 12. A booking/administration fee of R 250 is applied to ALL bookings. 13. For bookings of 1 month or more, the total booking amount is required to be paid in full and upfront. 14. Please note that Seeff will not be held liable/responsible for any injuries/damages or losses, personal or otherwise, that may be incurred during your stay.
