The kitchen is fully equipped including a fridge, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven with gas hob. The washing machine is in the laundry area outside and there is an outside shower, great for rinsing off after the beach. There is a small garden with outdoor furniture and a Weber barbeque. Excellent security and a night watchman. Back up inverter for lights, wi fi, tv and some plugs.
Owner's domestic worker and gardener to be used at least once a week at tenants cost.
Utilities for tenants cost. Off street parking for two cars.
Regret no smoking inside and no pets.
