The Assisted Living Units are bachelor units of 50 to 64 square metres. The bachelor flat has a luxury single bedroom, private en-suite bathroom and enclosed veranda. In addition, they include daily care at the level required by the owner or resident.

The Assisted Living Units are within close proximity to Garlick House and the Village Community Centre which is managed by Select Services.

Levies include one meal a day in the dining room and daily cleaning of the unit.

• Emergency panic buttons are provided allowing residents to call for assistance if they have
had a fall, or not feeling well. We encourage our residents to always wear their panic buttons
around their necks.

doctors, orders and deliveries from pharmacy.
• State of the art response system monitored externally and managed by Garlington Select
Care
• Assistance with organising appointments – dentists, doctors, physiotherapists, etc.
• Visits by the carers during the day and night, if required.
• Three course lunch time meal – which can be served in their unit or at clubhouse.
