I have been in the real estate industry since 2010, I enjoy working with people and the property industry was therefore an environment I found very challenging, but also rewarding, in the sense that I can feel I can add value to a process that became extremely specialized over the last couple of years.

Finding the right home to raise a family or as investment is not only one of the hardest decisions to make, but it is also one of the biggest financial assets in life.

I put a lot of energy, effort and my experience into the marketing of properties where sellers are prepared to give me a sole mandate for at least 4-6 months. The reality is that ALL potential buyers are looking at ALL properties available by ALL agents having stock in their areas of preference at a specific point in time. The main advantage for sellers to work with me on a sole mandate basis is that I can market their property EXCLUSIVELY and AT THE BEST POSSIBLE PRICE that the market is willing to pay.
