Before joining Seeff Durbanville / Welgedacht in 2017 I was involved, from the planning phase to the marketing and selling, with two developments in Burgundy Estate and in my career at Chevron I received awards for Outstanding Effort and Enterprising behaviour in recognition of project work.

My focus areas are Sonstraal and Sonstraal heights, but in 2019 to date I also had successful sales in Wellway Park East, Valmary Park and Door de Kraal. Leaning on my analytical background, I developed a database for sectional title units in Sonstraal and Sonstraal Heights, which not only show historical sales data, but also Year-on-Year capital growth comparing these sectional title schemes to the averages for more than 120 sectional title schemes in Durbanville. Individual scheme reports are available, free of charge, to owners of sectional title units.

I studied B Com Honors in Economics and with an analytical background and a love for real estate and people, I find the current property market stimulating, exciting and filled with huge opportunities.
