I have been associated with the real estate industry for over 20 years selling properties in the greater Kenilworth, Newlands and Claremont areas. I am currently the area specialist for the Lynfrae/Clare Park/Claremont area and have been selling in this area for the past seven years. I have extensive knowledge of the area and I have a large clientele of both buyers and sellers. I am an entrenched market leader in the area and have secured top market share year after year. I am serious about selling and match this commitment with my drive, my ability and my determination.
I am passionate about property and people and I enjoy nothing more than making my buyers and sellers happy. I pride myself on my extensive knowledge of the property industry and my reputation for being an ethical and honest agent while maintaining a high level of expertise and professionalism at all times. My strength is definitely my strong negotiation skills & my response time to clients.
I am a fully qualified agent and have completed the required accreditation for the Real Estate Professional Designation Examination with NQF4 and hold a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate.
I have consistently been an achiever agent year on year since 2004 to date.
