Caren Uys

I was born in Vredenburg, a small town situated on the West Coast, but planted roots in
Moorreesburg, a small but warm farmer's town in the Swartland district, where I grew up and
matriculated at Dirkie Uys High School in 1988.

Post matric, I went on to study Tourism and Finance, and after 30 years in a fast-paced, high-stakes
financial environment, I am thrilled to start my new career at Seeff Strand and Gordon’s Bay. I am an
energetic, go-getter who enjoys chasing down the next milestone! In 2025 I will take on my 19th Cape
Town Cycling Tour and 14th Two Oceans Half Marathon. With one Wines to Whales Mountain Bike
Experience and 3 Karoo to Coast Events ticked off, I am looking forward to bringing my dedication
and determination to the Seeff Bowling team.

Residing in Gordon’s Bay for 17 years and in Strand for 14 years, it is safe to say I adore the
Helderberg and its surroundings and would not want to live and learn in any other place in this
world. Being surrounded by the breathtaking mountains and the calming ocean, with high-
performing schools and a variety of exceptional Retirement Villages, we are fortunate to have it all in
the Helderberg area.

I am known for my undeniable passion for people, and in that lies my greatest purpose which is to
assist and positively influence others in finding their purpose in life and a fitting home. A home
where one can plan, start, nurture, and grow a family/career, and finally a home where one can
peacefully settle down with comfort and nature’s blessings at your doorstep.


Hand in hand, I will guide you step by step, with perseverance, integrity, and an irrefutable strive for
