I have always been passionate about people and property. Therefore I experience an intense feeling of accomplishment when my team or I can satisfy a client's property requirements, whether it is buying, selling, letting or renting. Equally, I love to see my team members grow and succeed as property professionals. In retrospect, this is what I should have done all my life - rather late than never!
After completing a degree in Personnel Management in 1986, I joined a factory in Kimberley that manufactured steel products for the building industry. For the next 24 years I was the owner manager of this company. Due to my interest in property, I also qualified as a full status agent back in 1990. I started Seeff Kimberley during 2003. In 2010 I sold the the factory and moved to Cape Town with my family.
In July 2012 I bought the Seeff Welgedacht license. On 1 May 2017 we bought the Seeff Durbanville license and consolidated the 2 offices, currently trading as Seeff Durbanville & Welgedacht.
As well as being the Licensee for Seeff Welgedacht & Durbanville, I was also the top-selling agent in the Welgedacht & Kanonberg Estates. Seeff Welgedacht has been the top-selling agency in its license area since 2016. In 2018, I was the top-selling licensee and ranked number 5 in sales out of 700 agents in the Seeff group countrywide.
I enjoy spending time with my family. We especially love exploring new destinations. We are also members of the Tygerberg MTB Club, where we enjoy its wonderful trail network of over 150 km
