Herman has been in Real Estate at Seeff Properties for over 25 years.
Herman is the Sales Manager and it is his goal to assist the Property Consultants in their daily task to action all necessary steps to source, secure and sell property as well as servicing clients in order to ensure a great customer experience.

This leads to the fulfilment of our vision and goal of Seeff Mossel Bay whereby "we assist both clients and property consultants to prosper through property". "His priority is to lead the sales team to assist in their achievement of all their goals."

Some of Herman's duties are to ensure that all parties involved in our property transactions receive the best service and to assist with problem solving if needed. In doing so he deals on a daily basis, with property consultants, attorney’s, bond originators, developers and more.

Herman handles a property sales portfolio in the greater Mossel Bay area from Herbertsdale to Dwarsweg strand. Over the many years at Seeff, Herman has built expertise through generations of trust.
