I have been in the property industry almost 12 years, beginning as an assistant and then transitioned into an agent.
Having gained years of experience and knowledge as an assistant I decided to use this to my advantage to become a professional estate agent. I am also attracted to the diversity and challenges of the real estate industry.
I believe that my friendliness and ability to communicate easily with people and my willingness to learn and use that knowledge makes me perfect for the industry.

It is important to be observant and show an interest in a client's requirements, friendliness and to have good listening and communication skills.

I ask lots of questions to determine a client's needs, I have a good ability to match properties to buyers,
I provide regular feedback
Match the marketing process to a seller and determining the kind of information that would have the most impact.
I deliver service with enthusiasm. I always emphasize unique features of a property in advertisements and as a selling point to potential buyers.
