Kim has been working with Seeff Properties for three and a half years as an administrator in the Sedgefield Branch.
Why the move from Administrator to Estate Agent?
"I have the qualifications and I was not implementing my Knowledge."
Kim is a Fully Qualified Agent since the 90's. She decided to stop, and have a change of pace. With this change Kim opened up a studio and started teaching art which was and still is a passion of hers.
"The treadmill I have endured over the past few months as an agent has not been an easy climb, but I am a stigma for persevering and sticking to the basics. I am continually canvassing for new stock and so far I have presented 11 valuations, signed two sole mandates, listed numerous stands and recently I have sold some properties. I believe in the short period of time I have been working as an agent my accomplishments are good. I continue to implement the basic steps in Real Estate and that's my focus to be the best Real Estate agent I can be."
