Lucille Fladderak

With over 21 years of experience in the property industry, Lucille has built a strong foundation in residential rentals and property management, with additional exposure to property sales. She is passionate about working with landlords and maintaining long-term client relationships through dedication, communication, and a results-driven mindset.

Lucille spent 15 years at Finesse Estates, managing a rental portfolio of 95 units, and later joined Fine & Country, where she handled 44 units and completed approximately six sales before the company transitioned her to Pure Property Management. During her nearly four years at Pure, Lucille continued to grow and manage rental portfolios before choosing to take on a new challenge in a more corporate, team-oriented environment at Seeff Durbanville.

Outside of work, Lucille enjoys a very active lifestyle. She has competed in first league badminton and second league netball for Milnerton. A proud mother of two married children (ages 29 and 32), Lucille recently welcomed her first grandchild—a 9-month-old boy. Her family, strong work ethic, and sporting background have shaped her into a motivated, energetic professional who thrives on challenges and is always seeking opportunities to grow within the real estate industry.
