I have been in new development sales for 26 years as I do enjoy the building process. I find it very rewarding selling to people and watching their homes grow until it is time for them to move in.
My experience has been from low cost homes to selling homes of over R13,000,000.
I have sold Developments in: Pretoria East, Bedfordview, Payneville Springs, Vosloorus, Modderfontein, Blackheath, Randburg.
I find it a challenge to take on any size developments, to get to know the area and the demographic, then assist my clients to secure property and make them happy in the homes.
From small houses, sectional title complexes, penthouses, cluster complexes and retirement villages, nothing is too small or too large for me.
