Marc joins our team as a Commercial Property Specialist, bringing with him over two decades of deep-rooted expertise in property valuations, commercial sales, and rentals. As a registered Professional Valuer and co-founder of Synergy Property Professionals, he has worked extensively with major financial institutions such as Nedbank, ABSA, and Bidvest Bank, conducting valuations for a broad spectrum of commercial and industrial properties. His career has included roles at Rawson Commercial, Old Mutual Properties, and ABSA Real Estate Asset Management, where he led teams and specialized in high-value investment and mortgage-related valuations.

With a BTech degree in Real Estate and professional memberships including the South African Institute of Valuers, he brings both academic and practical authority to the field. His strengths lie in his analytical approach, clear communication, and deep understanding of the commercial property market. Beyond property, he is a published science fiction author and a Mandarin speaker with international teaching and management experience—bringing a global perspective and creative edge to his work. Whether assisting clients with commercial investments or negotiating rental deals, he is committed to delivering informed, results-driven service.
