I have been in the Property Industry since 2012. I am a qualified Property Practitioner and have completed my NQF4 Levels and hold a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate. I completed the Rental course with Vivian Marks back in 2012 and I have completed the Sectional Title Scheme Management Course with UCT as a Portfolio Manager in 2016. I am fully compliant with the updated laws such as the RHA and CPA as well as the new PPA.
I started with Seeff Southern Suburbs in 2016 and I manage the Residential (full title and sectional title) letting, in the areas of Woodstock, Mowbray, Observatory, Salt River and Rosebank. I am very familiar with Sectional Title Buildings and can assist clients with a smooth rental process.
I have been recognised for excellent performance and hold the Chairman’s Achiever Award status. I am passionate about Property Rentals and I strive to always maintain a good customer relationship with my clients.
I love helping landlords find just the right tenant for their property. There are so many aspects to making sure both landlord and tenants are happy. These range from ensuring the property is the right fit for the tenant to dealing with the management and maintenance of the property. I aim to develop a long-term working relationship with all my landlords.
