Norma Soule

Norma's illustrious 36-year career in marketing is a testament to her dedication and expertise. She spent her early years gaining invaluable insights into the printing industry, working alongside her husband to manage the books and spearhead marketing efforts.

In 1997, Norma joined Printpack Ltd, a subsidiary of Nampak Group, as a pioneer. As the first female representative, she quickly proved her worth and was promoted to Sales Manager, making history as the company's first female manager.

Throughout her career, Norma has continuously sought to enhance her skills through various marketing courses, including the prestigious Nampak Management Development program at Rhodes University.

Driven by a genuine passion for understanding and fulfilling client needs, Norma prides herself on her attentive listening skills and her commitment to empowering clients to make informed decisions. When not immersed in her work, Norma enjoys staying active through race walking and hiking, and finds solace in creative pursuits like knitting, yoga, and crochet.
