Pascale began her career in recruitment before entering real estate as a personal assistant, where her passion and potential for property quickly became clear. After completing her NQF4, she transitioned into a rental agent role along the Atlantic Seaboard and exceeded expectations almost immediately, earning the prestigious Chairman's Award within her first few months. She placed in the Top 10 nationally each year since and obtained her PDE in March 2020.
