Qualified in 1995 with the EAAB. 26 continuous years’ experience as an active agent in the Queensburgh, Durban area. Received exemption for NQF4 in 2014 and thus qualified as a Professional Practitioner in Real Estate. Prior to 1995, 10 years’ experience as conveyancing secretary so my solid legal background is convenient when having to assist clients with all property related queries. Currently involved in administration and monitoring of all sales, responsible for progress reports to buyers and sellers, problem solving, client care, consulting, agent training programmes and liaising between agents, conveyancers and developers.
