Timone Pearson

Timone has successfully transitioned from a Project Manager at Sasol to a new exciting career as an on-site leasing agent at Seeff. She has 15 years site experience in management, administration and finance. Timone's background and experience gives her a broader perspective, advanced negotiating skills (she is also a mother of 2 teenagers) and a thoughtful approach to each transaction. Over the past four years Timone has successfully concluded over 450 rental lease agreements, have grown to fully understand the unique process needed to keep a rental portfolio moving and most importantly, profitable. She enjoys meeting new clients and ensures that every individual receives dedicated attention, by ensuring that their application process is not only efficient, but enjoyable.
