Here are our Top 5 stores at the shopping center:

  1. Rain Natural Skincare is a treat for the senses. Bath bombs, lotions, oils, and soaps are handmade and beautifully presented in neutral or lightly coloured tones. The textures are earthy and natural, and the store itself is serene. You should try the honeycomb bath bomb ... there's a hidden surprise inside the beehive-shaped treat.

  1. Exclusive Books is a nationwide chain of bookstores in South Africa, the leading bookseller, in fact. There are also stores in Gaborone (Botswana) and Windhoek (Namibia). You can browse the shelves for the latest best sellers or surprise yourself with some lesser-known tomes.

  1. Woolworths is found in most great shopping malls. The Woolworths in Benmore Centre is the grocery store version (Woolworths Food). They don't stock clothing or homeware; for that, you can head down to Sandton City. The food selection is fantastic, and they also have a large bakery section. There is the sit-in Woolworths Café, which is lovely for breakfast, lunch, or tea-and-cake.

  1. Kozi Kids stocks children's clothing, swimwear, dress-up outfits, and some toys and accessories. The clothes are often vintage style with a modern update and are pretty unique... think red with white polka dot swimming costume and matching swimming cap, and you're getting the picture. Tiara's tutus and princess dresses are as gorgeous as the tiger dungarees and dinosaur rompers. The toys and accessories are unusual (fluffy turquoise peacock, anyone?) and ideal for baby shower gifts, birthday gifts, and special treats. Kozi Kids Website

  1. Spitfire Furniture always has something unusual to see. The bespoke furniture shop has aviation-inspired items on display in various collections, aptly named Dakota, Harrier, Phantom, and Tomcat. Pop into their luxury store, or visit their website to take a look.
