An unforgettable experience awaits you at Oyster Bay Lodge

Reserve a room at Oyster Bay Lodge, one of Eastern Cape's best accommodations, and take advantage of the region's unparalleled natural beauty. Oyster Bay Lodge is a favourite pick for travellers for a good reason - it's a great place to connect with nature and relax.

Oyster Bay's chalets are situated within a stunning 235-hectare coastal reserve where you can enjoy dunes, woodlands, river deltas, beaches, and wildlife views. You might enjoy various activities that will make you feel alive, as well as beautiful chalets designed to make you feel like royalty.

Get to unwind at the best beach spot to enjoy your vacation

The Indian Ocean is only 40 metres away from the Oyster Bay Beach Lodge, a 5-kilometre-long golden beach, a coastal walking track, and some of the most fantastic fishing places along the Tsitsikamma coastline are all within a short walking distance. Oyster Bay is a little seaside community that has remained unspoiled by large developers, with much coastal bird life still around.

Leap into this luxurious lodge haven

The rooms and chalets at this 4-star lodge include classic timber décor, including hardwood furniture and ceiling beams. In the private bathroom, each consists of a spacious freestanding bath and an attractive sink.

The Oyster Bay Lodge has four chalets where you can enjoy all the conveniences and fully equipped rooms that are customised to your needs, such as a fireplace, underfloor heating, a kitchenette, and a private veranda with unobstructed sea views.

All luxury chalets have king-size mattresses, an en-suite open-plan bathroom with a freestanding bath, a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea-making amenities.

If you are travelling in a group, you may be able to get available space; quality is not to be compromised because all six of the guest rooms have a private veranda with a sea view. The remaining guest rooms provide views of our lovely green gardens, farmlands, and mountains.

Two family rooms are available in one of the chalets. It features one room and one self-catering family room. The spacious rooms contain one living area and one bedroom, two beds (one master and one shared), a bathroom with a bath, shower, and toilet, a kitchenette, and a private terrace.

There are several sights to view all around

The Addo Elephant Park, which is a terrific place to go wildlife viewing and can be reached from the lodge in a short amount of time via car and takes around one and a half hours to see, is located close by.

Jeffreys Bay and Cape St Francis settlements are within driving distance, as are the Tsitsikamma Coastal Park (one hour) and the Garden Route. Consider horseback riding on the beach or fishing and diving expeditions if you want something out of the ordinary.

Get close to bird watching at the lodge
