Sellers are still achieving excellent prices, according to this year’s recorded sales, about 7% on average below the asking price with about a third of all sales concluded for just about or the full asking price. With so much going for it, Hout Bay has become one of the most dynamic property markets of the Cape metro with rocketing demand and property values, says Cross.
