Our team proudly reached second place on the million-rand ladder, currently holding over 25 Sole Mandates, several of which were sold in a short period.
A notable achievement was made by Bianca Jonker, who secured a significant sale of R7 million on her first Sole Mandate and signed the OTP for a property in the prestigious Woodland Hills Wildlife Estate. Congratulations to Bianca for this remarkable accomplishment.
On voting day, we organized a special marketing event with the slogan "Vote Seeff."
We showcased property advertisements creatively displayed on a decorated door, emphasizing our message, "We are the key to your new home."
