Happy holidays and our sincere gratitude for your support

As we head into the annual holiday season, we are pleased to note that it has been another solid year for the Hout Bay/Llandudno property market despite the economic and interest rate challenges.

Cape Town was again named the "Best City in the World" for the eight year by the Telegraph Travel Awards. It is no surprise then that the Cape property market was again the best performer this year with locals, semigration and international buyers, investors and tenants continuing to stake their claim in the city.

The Hout Bay and Llandudno neighbourhoods remain among the most in demand and while the price boom has largely subsided, property values have held firmly. The fabulous coastal lifestyle, proximity to the Atlantic Seaboard, Southern Suburbs and attractions of the Cape, and of course excellent amenities on your doorstep, has seen our market excel from strength to strength, as we look to end on another successful property year.

The year also demonstrated that working with a tried and trusted real estate brand is the best chance of success. Seeff's award-winning agents again demonstrated why we are the best choice in the areas that we serve as we have delivered outstanding results for our clients.

As we head into 2024, an important election year, we are upbeat that we could start seeing the interest rate come down by mid-year which will be a welcome boost for the economy and property market.

Home is our Story, and service and success in property, our passion. We have opened thousands of doors to new homes and property aspirations for our clients this year. The market remains packed with opportunities, and we stand ready to be your property partner of choice.

We thank you for your support and contribution to Seeff's success. Our best wishes to you and your loved ones over the festive and holiday season. May 2024 be prosperous and healthy!

Yours in Property
