Hout Bay & Llandudno property market welcomes back Kit Muller

Seeff Hout Bay and Llandudno is delighted to welcome back Kit Muller to the local property market. Kit has deep roots and many years’ experience in the area, having grown up in Hout Bay and Llandudno, his parents being pioneers of the area in the early 1940’s, when Hout Bay was still a quaint fishing village.

From an early age Kits’ intrigue for property was clear to all that knew him and interacted with him. Purchasing his first plot in Mount Rhodes at the age of 22 for R16 000 which was the starting point of his long journey with property. Over the next 25 years, Kit bought and sold many homes in Hout Bay, Camps Bay, Clifton, and eventually ended up in a lovely home in Llandudno. Through this period he involved himself in vacant land acquisitions, free standing homes, sectional title blocks and subdivisions of vacant land. This experience later proved invaluable.

Kit joined Seeff Hout Bay and Llandudno in 2003, where over the next 8 years he thrived as part of the sales team. It was in this time that he was integral in concluding no less than 142 sales totaling in excess of R360mil. Over the years Kit proved that he was equally equipped as a solitaire agent as well as being part of a partnership. His sales achievements included some record prices achieved in Llandudno and Hout Bay. Furthermore, he set out developing two beautiful properties in security estates in Hout Bay which he also successfully sold.

In 2011 Kit embarked on a new chapter of his life where he and his family moved to Sydney. After 7 years away Kit decided to come back to his roots…”Hout Bay, South Africa is one of the most beautiful areas to live in the world and to be able to sell property here is an added bonus”, says Kit.

The Seeff Hout Bay and Llandudno team welcome Kit home and it is great to have him back on board.
