Sandton undoubtedly offers some of the most enviable and sought after addresses in the country and certainly in Gauteng and it is therefore no wonder that three suburbs here recently made the list of best suburbs to reside in according to a leading South African publication.
Broadacres, Birdhaven and Benmore Gardens in Sandton were identified alongside other suburbs such as Sea Point and Three Anchor Bay in Cape Town, Costa Da Gama in Muizenberg, Irene Farm Villages in Pretoria and Plantations in Durban as this year’s best suburbs and Charles Vining, Seeff’s managing Director in Sandton confirms that Broadacres, Birdhaven and Benmore Gardens are quickly gaining popularity.
“Although not as well-known and extravagant as Sandhurst, Bryanston or Morningside for instance, properties in Broadacres, Birdhaven and Benmore Gardens are selling fast and demand is high.
