Still a buyers' paradise at Pezula Golf and Private Estates, Knysna
While most areas across the country are now faced with stock shortages and sharp price hikes, the Pezula Golf and Private Estates is one exception where prices are not only still flat, but there are still plenty of good buys to be had. That is the word from Suzi Bilyard, licensee for Seeff Knysna who says that the developments are now starting to again attract the attention of buyers and since early last year activity has picked up to the extent that Pezula currently ranks in the top five selling suburbs in Knysna. Trade since about the start of last year is at the best levels in over five years with sales at the two estates amounting to just over R140 million, 23% more than the prior year's R114 million and a significant three times more than 2012's sales of R42.2 million.
