When is the best time to put in an offer? Right now.
If you are buying a property for the long term, then any time is a good time to put in an offer and secure your home to be able to create the foundations for a stable home for your family.
There is simply no substitute for owning the roof over your head, it creates stability and the foundation to build a life. The sooner you are able to invest in your own home, the better.
That said, always be sure to buy smart. Do your homework and ensure you invest in a sound property at fair market value.
