• 70 ha with 1.8 m game fencing (2,000 m)

Infrastructure & House

The farmhouse is powered by a 24V solar system with lithium batteries and a 3kW Victron inverter. Hot water is supplied by a gas geyser.

The house has:
• 3 bedrooms
• A bathroom with shower, bath, basin, and toilet

Additionally, there is another bedroom next to the kitchen porch with its own bathroom (shower, basin, and toilet) for extra guests.

Spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen and pantry, as well as a sitting room with a large fireplace for cold days. Firewood is plentiful on the farm.

There is also a braai area both at and away from the house. You can enjoy evenings under the stars, braaiing with friends, surrounded by poles and a large pepper tree that holds many hunting stories and provides shade.

There are verandas around the house where you can sit peacefully and enjoy nature.

The house is sold furnished, although a few antique pieces may be taken by owner that will be pointed out.

Water Supply

Water is supplied from a fountain that provides water throughout the year, with stronger flow from April to May—sufficient for winter grazing (± 7,500 L/hour).

There is also a borehole powered by solar energy, delivering approximately 2,500 L/hour for household or irrigation use.

The borehole in game camp is not used because there are many freshwater dams across the farm.

There are livestock camps, grazing areas, and two game camps.
