• Dining/Breakfast Room: Rhodesian teak wooden floor, yellow- and Blackwood buffet. There is a window towards the garden and a French door to the side stoep. Six solid wooden tables with upholstered chairs. Curtains with solid wood rebated rods.
Speakers allow for playing music at breakfast and dinner times.

• Guest toilet: conveniently situated in the passage close to the reception.

• Kitchen and Pantry: Modern kitchen, equipped with cupboards, 2 ovens, a 5 plate induction hob, extractor fan, 2 fridges and 1 deep freezer, microwave oven, 1 dishwasher, counter with bar stools. There is also a panty for keeping stock and a separate scullery. Central air conditioning.

• Laundry: Leading from the kitchen. Equipped with built in laundry cupboards, 2 washing machines, 1 dryer, and a deep basin. One loose standing chest of drawers. The courtyard with washing line is adjacent to the laundry.

• Lapa: Huge thatched lapa adjacent to the bar and swimming pool. Three wooden tables with 6 chairs each plus more tables for serving food. Gas patio heater and gas griller. This area is also used for functions like business breakfasts and year end function or office braai. Guests sometimes use the facilities for themselves. The lapa can be closed or opened as it is fitted with canvas awnings. The entire lapa and swimming pool area is paved. There is also a built braai/barbeque.

• Bar & Snooker room: Rustic bar with built in counter, shelves, buily in braai, double ovens and hob. Equipped with a television, solid oak pool table with removable top, matching upholstered oak bar stools and benches (can be used for dining). Air-conditioned. 2 Sliding doors (one to the lapa).
One rest room. One store room with shelves, 1 fridge and 1 freezer.

• Swimming pool: The swimming pool was completely renovated in 2021 and a new pump was installed.

• Staff Rooms: 2 Inter leading staff rooms plus bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.

• Work shed and garage: Garage with electric door. 5,000 l water storage tank that are filled by rain water and water from the borehole with pump. Water can be used for the garden or for the guest house if need be. A greywater system collects water from the laundry room and 9 of the guest rooms for irrigating the garden.

• Owner’s/manager’s accommodation: Lounge/dining room with built in TV cabinet and desk with reading lamp. Also lockable drawers and doors. (This serves as a private office for the owners). Sound system.
One bedroom with built in cupboards and one full bathroom. A second en-suite bedroom with access from the garden. (Can also be used as a guest room) Central airconditioner.
