Cali House is a nature lover's holiday home located in Kwaaiwater, a charming coastal suburb. It offers convenient access to various attractions and amenities. Within a short walk, you can reach beautiful cliff paths and Fernkloof Nature Reserve, or take a 5-minute drive to Voelklip and Grotto Beach for a day of sun and sand. If you're in the mood for shopping or catching a movie, the Whale Coast Mall is a 10-minute drive away.
Perfectly designed for entertaining friends and family with a selection of indoor and outdoor areas. Light floods through enormous windows, which lead to the patio and undercover braai boasting magnificent mountain and golf course views. Here you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine or a morning brew. The free-flowing open spaces between the lounge, and dining room, leading to a breakfast nook and kitchen create a sense of easy living. The well-equipped kitchen ensures that cooking is a breeze with a dishwasher making washing up quick and convenient. If not venturing out to soak up the natural beauty of the surrounding area you will stay entertained with Fiber, and SmartTV so you can stream your own Netflix and DSTV, or grab a book and some board games for a little fun. The home also has a UPS which keeps the TV and Wifi on.
Bedroom one has two single beds, with mountain views, it has easy access to a full bathroom in the hallway. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with an en-suite for a little more privacy, it has views of the garden and mountain. Bedroom three is an entirely separate entrance studio with a queen bed, a little kitchenette, and a bathroom, just perfect for a nanny or teenager. All bedrooms have built-in cupboards and ceiling fans.
The home is fully walled with a massive garden for children to play in safely. Parking for one vehicle in a single garage and parking for a second vehicle in the driveway behind a gate. In the garage, you will also find a washing machine.

**BOOKING CONDITIONS**

- A minimum 14-night stay is required for bookings between 16 December and 16 January.
- During long weekends and school holidays, a minimum 3-night stay applies.
- At other times of the year, a minimum 2-night stay is required.
- No check-ins or check-outs are allowed on 25 December or 01 January.
- No pets are allowed.
- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
- No additional linen or towels are provided.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- Guests must log in with their own Netflix and DSTV accounts.
- These are self-catering accommodations. Housekeeping services are not provided; guests must make their own arrangements.
- The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.
- There is no access to a garage, secure parking behind gate for one vehicle and additional parking on the sidewalk in front of the home.
- Long-term rental inquiries (over 3 months) will not be entertained.
- Monthly rentals during the peak season (December/January) are not available.
