The holiday studio is located in the heart of Onrus, a charming coastal town. It offers convenient access to various attractions and amenities. Within a short 10-minute walk, you can reach Jan Rabie Tidal Pool, which is great for swimming, or take a 20-minute stroll to Onrus Beach for a day of sun and sand. If you're in the mood for shopping or catching a movie, the Whale Coast Mall is just up the road.

Studio 2 @ 1 is a dream come true, ideally located within walking distance of Onrus Trading Post with grocery stores and a restaurant. The studio provides all the essentials, so you only need to bring your suitcases and braai wood. The patio features a seating area and a communal portable braai for outdoor enjoyment. Inside, you can relax and entertain yourself with amenities such as DSTV and Fiber. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, and a gas stove, giving you the flexibility to cook or barbecue and savor a cold beer while watching the sunset.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas are filled with natural light and offer a spacious and seamless flow. Bedroom 1 features a double bed and has access to a wheelchair-friendly bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and an en-suite shower for added privacy. Both rooms are equipped with built-in cupboards, providing ample space for longer stays.

Secure parking is available for one vehicle behind a gate. The property is equipped with a backup power supply to ensure essential amenities remain operational during load-shedding.

Booking Notes

**Self-Catering Accommodation Notice** Rates are quoted per unit and may be subject to change without notice. On arrival, guests will be provided with an initial supply of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, basic cleaning supplies, and refuse bags. These items are not replenished during the stay. One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking. No spare linen or towels are supplied. Guests must bring their own beach towels. Please note that this accommodation does not include housekeeping services. Guests are responsible for making their own housekeeping arrangements if required. Where internet access is available, guests must log in to their own streaming accounts such as Netflix and DSTV Stream. **Payments, Banking & Refunds** All payments must be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). A 50% of the booking fee will payable to secure dates, remaining 50% payable 30 days before arrival. In order to process any breakage deposit refund, the guest is required to provide valid proof of bank account details. Refunds will only be made to the bank account from which the original payment was received and where the account holder details correspond. Acceptable proof of banking details shall consist of an official bank confirmation letter or a recent bank statement reflecting the account holder’s name, bank name, and account number. Failure to provide the required proof of banking details shall result in the forfeiture of the breakage deposit, and no refund will be processed. All short stay accommodation bookings are subject to availability and the Terms and Conditions of Seeff National Marketing, as amended from time to time.
