**BOOKING CONDITIONS**
- Contact the agent for availability.
- A minimum 14-night stay is required for bookings between 16 December and 16 January.
- During long weekends and school holidays, a minimum 3-night stay applies.
- At other times of the year, a minimum 2-night stay is required.
- No check-ins or check-outs are allowed on 25 December or 01 January.
- No pets are allowed.
- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
- No additional linen or towels are provided.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- These are self-catering accommodations. Housekeeping services are not provided; guests must make their own arrangements.
- The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
- Secure parking for one vehicle in the garage, and extra parking in the driveway for one more vehicle.
- Long-term rental inquiries (over 3 months) will not be entertained.
- Monthly rentals during the peak season (December/January) are not available.
- Rates are quoted per unit and are subject to change without notice.
