The accommodation is thoughtfully arranged for comfort. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. The second bedroom offers a double bed, while the third includes two ¾ beds, with these two rooms sharing a bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and built-in cupboards.

**BOOKING CONDITIONS**

- A minimum of a 14-night booking between 16 Dec and 16 Jan will be accepted.
- For long weekends and school holidays, a minimum of a 3-night booking will be accepted.
- A minimum of a 2-night booking is required at any other time of the year.
- No check-ins or check-outs on 25/12 and 01/01.
- Strictly no pets. If the owner grants permission, a pet cleaning fee will apply.
- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
- No spare linen or towels are provided.
- Strictly no smoking inside.
- Guests must sign into their own Netflix and DSTV accounts.
- These are self-catering accommodations; units are not serviced by housekeepers. Guests must arrange their own.
- Maximum of 6 guests.
- No garage parking
- Long-term rental inquiries will not be responded to; strictly short-stay rentals of 1 to 3 months.
- Monthly rentals during the peak season (December/January) will not be considered.
