Hermanus is famous for its whale-watching points. You can spend some time in town exploring the many restaurants, open-air markets, and art galleries. For more adventure, you can take a drive to the Big Cat Sanctuary in Stanford or enjoy a wine tour in the beautiful Hemel and Aarde Valley. There's plenty to see and do, ensuring you'll create lasting memories during your stay.

The home is themed with a modern tropical look and feel, creating a delightful ambiance. You'll find a selection of entertainment areas to suit your preferences. Downstairs, there's an open-plan kitchen, dining room, and TV lounge. The well-equipped kitchen with granite tops makes cooking a breeze, and the SMEG washing machine ensures laundry is done quickly. A SMART TV with uncapped Fiber and premium DSTV keeps everyone entertained. The kitchen/dining room opens onto an undercover patio with seating and a portable braai. Alternatively, you can head to the back garden, which features an outdoor braai.

The downstairs bedrooms offer comfortable and colorful spaces. Bedroom one has bunk beds, perfect for kids. Bedroom two features a queen bed with built-in cupboards, providing convenience for unpacking during longer stays. There's a bathroom with a shower and bath to share, along with a separate toilet.

Upstairs in the loft area, you'll find bedroom three, which features two single beds and offers amazing mountain views. This upstairs space is perfect for someone who values a little more privacy.

For added security, the home is fitted with an alarm system, and there's parking for two vehicles behind a gate. You can rest easy knowing you are safe. Additional on-street parking in front of the home is available for visitors. The home is fully walled, allowing children and pets to run freely and safely.

Booking Notes

**Self-Catering Accommodation Notice** Rates are quoted per unit and may be subject to change without notice. On arrival, guests will be provided with an initial supply of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, basic cleaning supplies, and refuse bags. These items are not replenished during the stay. One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking. No spare linen or towels are supplied. Guests must bring their own beach towels. Please note that this accommodation does not include housekeeping services. Guests are responsible for making their own housekeeping arrangements if required. Where internet access is available, guests must log in to their own streaming accounts, such as Netflix. **Payments, Banking & Refunds** All payments must be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). A 50% of the booking fee will be payable to secure dates, and the remaining 50% payable 30 days before arrival. In order to process any breakage deposit refund, the guest is required to provide valid proof of bank account details. Refunds will only be made to the bank account from which the original payment was received and where the account holder's details correspond. Acceptable proof of banking details shall consist of an official bank confirmation letter or a recent bank statement reflecting the account holder’s name, bank name, and account number. Failure to provide the required proof of banking details shall result in the forfeiture of the breakage deposit, and no refund will be processed. All short-stay accommodation bookings are subject to availability and the Terms and Conditions of Seeff National Marketing, as amended from time to time.
