The lounge features a fireplace for cosy winter nights and a Smart TV for guests to enjoy their own streaming services. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and a central island, invites relaxed entertaining, while a dishwasher ensures effortless cleanup. Accommodation comprises two luxurious en-suite bedrooms: a serene main suite with a king bed and a second bedroom with twin beds, both offering privacy and comfort. * At other times of the year, a minimum stay of 2 nights applies.
* Unfortunately, pets are not permitted. Should the owner approve an exception, a R350.00 pet cleaning fee will apply.
* This is a non-smoking property indoors.
* The property comfortably accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
* Unfortunately, we do not accommodate viewings on Short Stay unit.
* Housekeeper and linen exchange provided twice a week for bookings of 7 days or more.

**Self-Catering Accommodation Notice**
Rates are quoted per unit and may be subject to change without notice.
On arrival, guests will be provided with an initial supply of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, basic cleaning supplies, and refuse bags. These items are not replenished during the stay.
Linen excage provided for bookings of 7 days or more. Guests must bring their own beach towels.
Housekeeping services twice a week for bookings of 7 days or more.
Where internet access is available, guests must log in to their own streaming accounts such as Netflix and DSTV Stream.
**Payments, Banking & Refunds**
All payments must be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
A 50% of the booking fee will be payable to secure dates, and the remaining 50% payable 30 days before arrival.
In order to process any breakage deposit refund, the guest is required to provide valid proof of bank account details. Refunds will only be made to the bank account from which the original payment was received and where the account holder's details correspond.
Acceptable proof of banking details shall consist of an official bank confirmation letter or a recent bank statement reflecting the account holder’s name, bank name, and account number.
Failure to provide the required proof of banking details shall result in the forfeiture of the breakage deposit, and no refund will be processed.
All short stay accommodation bookings are subject to availability and the Terms and Conditions of Seeff National Marketing, as amended from time to time.
