The home features modern furnishes and a brilliant open plan kitchen and living area that open onto a deck with a braai and swimming pool overlooking the Canals. The modern kitchen offers all the basics and then some! Equipped with a center island, granite counter tops, a separate scullery, pantry cupboard, glass top electric hob, two electric ovens, a fridge and a chest freezer. There is a large dining table to accommodate the whole family for delicious meals and finally a lounge with comfortable seating and a TV with full DSTV. Outside we have an undercover braai area, sparkling swimming pool and small beach area with a jetty.

There are two bedroom downstairs, both offering queen beds and built in cupboards while only one has air conditioning and doors that open onto the patio. These two share a full bathroom. Upstairs we have the main, it boasts a king bed, built in cupboards, air conditioning and balcony access. The main en-suite is a lovely full bathroom. There is another lounge upstairs with another TV, as well as balcony access. The last two bedrooms are smaller and share a bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed, built in cupboards, aircon, a fan and a couch. The dorm bedroom has 7 single beds, a shower and toilet, a fan and built in cupboards.
