Hidden gem on the Kromme River

I am so excited to introduce this lovely 4 bedroom holiday home to the rental market. It is the perfect place for your family to relax, unwind and have a whole lot of fun at. Situated in a secure estate on the Kromme River, it offers amazing water views, has a jetty for you boat and an abundance of space for the kids to run and play, right down to the rivers edge. There are 2 paddle ski's for you to use on the river. The back of the house area has gates that can be closed to keep the little ones away from the river.

The main house has 2 bedrooms upstairs, sharing an en-suite bathroom, perfect for a family. The main bedroom has a queen bed, and the other 2 singles that can also be converted to a king. The views from upstairs are amazing, the reading nook the perfect place from where to appreciate them!

Stepping into the courtyard from the house, is another bedroom with a double bed. A separate shower and toilet adjacent to the main house is available. This bathroom is linked to the inverter system, and will have always have hot water, should load shedding be implemented. Across the courtyard is another room with a queen and single bed, with an en-suite shower and toilet. This room has a sliding door to the garden, and fire pit area.

There is an undercover braai area, with a bar and lounge area, which can be enclosed should the Westerly misbehave, as well as a firepit area in the garden.

Also available is a hot and cold outside shower for a quick rinse after your swim. Uncapped Wi-Fi and Netflix are included. There is an inverter that runs the TV and Wi-Fi. The washing machine and tumble dryer is in the boathouse.
