The lovely home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate bachelor flat with small kitchenette. The house is built towards the back of the property, providing privacy and a sanctuary to escape to after a busy day in town and the beach.

The large double volume open plan kitchen and living area is airy and welcoming, ensuring no one is left out. There is a separate scullery / laundry area, with dishwasher and washing machine.

2 bedrooms are downstairs, one with a king bed, the other with a queen. They share a bathroom with shower. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed with the option to separate into 2 single beds, with an en-suite shower and toilet. This room opens up onto a small balcony.

The sparkling pool is inviting and the outside entertainment area allows for al fresco dining or a tranquil space to read a book and relax.

The bachelor cottage has a separate entrance, its own small kitchenette with inductions plate, as well as a gas plate for load shedding. There is a small balcony from where to enjoy the garden and pool views.
