Melton Wold Resort for sale

The unique and historic Resort Melton Wold is now for sale.
Renowned for its Old World Charm. Melton Wold is enjoyed by visitors from all over the country, as well as visitors from overseas.

Melton Wold consists of the Main Lodge, Wedding venue, butchery, tennis courts, bowling greens and also a large house.
Enroute to the Manor House build by the late George Paley with lots of rooms, lounges, swimming pool and even a library, now used as the owner private residence, is the camping site with pool, function room and ablution facilities.

Across the Melton river is a licensed abattoir, old milk shed, as well as a tannery (not in use).
Here is also a small church, houses for staff and even a library for their kids. Further to the south you have good overall view of the Paley dam. The road also take one to the air strip for visitors by plane.

Melton Wold is the karoo destination for visitors, young and old, across the country and also from overseas for close to 100 years. Visitors enjoy everything mentioned here and even more.

Melton Wold Resort is about halfway between Victoria West and Loxton on a tar road, and then about 3km gravel road, normally in good condition.
When you enter the gate, you may be greeted by Impalas or other animals.

The owners wants to retire. The selling price does not include the Wild animals, sheep, vehicles and equipment, but the owner will negotiate a fair price should the buyer wants to buy these as well.
