**Monthly Short-Stay Bookings**

**Booking Period & Availability**
* Please contact the agent to confirm availability.
* This property is available for short-stay bookings only, with a minimum stay of 1 month and a maximum stay of 3 months.
* Monthly bookings, if available, are offered only from 25 May until 30 October.
* Monthly bookings are not available during the December and January peak season.
* Unfortunately, we do not accommodate viewings on Short Stay unit.

**Payments & Deposits**
* A half-month rental is required as a breakage deposit, refundable after the spring clean inspection.
* A 50% of the booking fee will be payable to secure dates, the remaining 50% payable 30 days before arrival.
* A spring clean fee applies to all bookings of 28 days or more.

**Utilities & Services**
* The following are included in the booking fees: Fibrer / Housekeeper once per week / Garden Service / Golf Cart
* Water and electricity are included; however, usage is monitored. Should consumption be considered excessive, the owner reserves the right to recover additional costs.

**Occupancy & Property Use**
* The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
* Not suitable for children under the age of 12.
* The garage can accommodate a small vehicle only, and visitor parking is available for bigger vehicles.

**Linen, Towels & Supplies**
* One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking.
* No additional linen or towels are supplied.
* Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
* This is a self-catering property. Housekeeping services once a week on a Friday.

**Pets & Smoking**
* Strictly no pets are permitted.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

**Entertainment & Internet**
* Guests must log in using their own streaming accounts, such as Netflix and DSTV Stream.
