This charming townhouse is located in the heart of Hernamnus Fernkloof Estate. It offers convenient access to various attractions and amenities. Within a short 5-minute walk, you can reach a small shopping center with a grocery store, coffee shop, and many others, or take a 5-minute drive to Fernkloof Nature Reserve for a day of hiking or to Hermanus Golf Club. If you're in the mood for shopping or catching a movie, the Whale Coast Mall is 10 minutes away.

The home itself is very well-furnished and equipped with all the necessities. The open-plan kitchen and living area seamlessly blend with the outside patio, which features a splash pool, bringing the tranquility of nature from outside to inside. The deck also includes a built-in braai and patio furniture, creating the perfect setting for relaxing with sundowners.

The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to cook up a storm, and it even includes a dishwasher for hassle-free cleanup. The living room features a Smart TV with Fiber available so you can log into your own streaming accounts, and a fireplace, ensuring entertainment and comfort throughout the year, whether it's summer or winter. Additionally, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available for convenience, and built-in cupboards in all the bedrooms make longer stays more comfortable.

The main bedroom offers two 3/4 beds with stunning mountain views and its own en-suite shower for added privacy, as well as an air conditioner. Bedroom two is furnished with two 3/4 beds and also has an en-suite bathroom.

The home is serviced by a housekeeper once a week, adding an extra level of convenience and relaxation to your stay. Furthermore, you'll have access to a golf cart and an installed inverter to keep you connected to necessities during load-shedding, making this home a rare find and a perfect getaway. As the home is located in a gated estate, it provides an additional level of security. Secure parking for one vehicle in front of the home and visitor parking.

**RENTAL INFORMATION**
- A half-month rental fee is required as a breakage deposit.
- A spring clean fee will apply.

**Monthly Short-Stay Bookings**

**Booking Period & Availability**
* Please contact the agent to confirm availability.
* This property is available for short-stay bookings only, with a minimum stay of 1 month and a maximum stay of 3 months.
* Monthly bookings, if available, are offered only from 25 May until 30 October.
* Monthly bookings are not available during the December and January peak season.
* Unfortunately, we do not accommodate viewings on Short Stay unit.

**Payments & Deposits**
* A half-month rental is required as a breakage deposit, refundable after the spring clean inspection.
* A 50% of the booking fee will be payable to secure dates, the remaining 50% payable 30 days before arrival.
* A spring clean fee applies to all bookings of 28 days or more.

**Utilities & Services**
* The following are included in the booking fees: Fibrer / Housekeeper once per week / Garden Service / Golf Cart
* Water and electricity are included; however, usage is monitored. Should consumption be considered excessive, the owner reserves the right to recover additional costs.

**Occupancy & Property Use**
* The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
* Not suitable for children under the age of 12.
* The garage can accommodate a small vehicle only, and visitor parking is available for bigger vehicles.

**Linen, Towels & Supplies**
* One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking.
* No additional linen or towels are supplied.
* Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
* This is a self-catering property. Housekeeping services once a week on a Friday.

**Pets & Smoking**
* Strictly no pets are permitted.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

**Entertainment & Internet**
* Guests must log in using their own streaming accounts, such as Netflix and DSTV Stream.
