This family home is located in the heart of Onrus, a charming coastal town. It offers convenient access to various attractions and amenities. Within a short 10-minute walk, you can reach Davies tidal pool, which is great for swimming, or take a 15-minute stroll to Onrus Beach for a day of sun and sand. If you're in the mood for shopping or catching a movie, the Whale Coast Mall is just up the road.

Hermanus is famous for its whale-watching points. You can spend some time in town exploring the many restaurants, open-air markets, and art galleries. For more adventure, you can take a drive to the Big Cat Sanctuary in Stanford or enjoy a wine tour in the beautiful Hemel and Aarde Valley. There's plenty to see and do, ensuring you'll create lasting memories during your stay.

The family-oriented home features bright and functional furnishings, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. As a double-story home, it is designed to entertain families and offers sweeping mountain views from the upstairs living area and deck. For indoor entertainment, you can stay connected with Wi-Fi and enjoy Netflix, both available in the home.

Downstairs, you'll find an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, a dining room, a lounge, and an indoor braai. Double doors lead to an undercover patio with a secure garden and portable braai, allowing kids to play safely and freely. Bedroom 1 is located downstairs and includes a queen bed with a full en-suite bathroom for added privacy.

Upstairs, bedrooms 2 and 3 feature queen beds and have direct access to a sunny TV lounge and deck with spectacular mountain views. One of these bedrooms has a shower en-suite. Bedroom 4 offers a bunk bed, making it perfect for children. There is a full bathroom to share upstairs.

For added security, the home is fitted with an alarm system, and there's secure parking for two vehicles in a garage. An outside shower and wash area allow you to rinse off the salty ocean after your beach excursions.

**Booking Period & Availability**
* Please contact the agent to confirm availability.
* This property is available for short-stay bookings only, with a minimum stay of 1 month and a maximum stay of 3 months.
* Monthly bookings, if available, are offered only until 30 November.
* Monthly bookings are not available during the December and January peak season.
* Unfortunately, we do not accommodate viewings on Short Stay unit.

**Payments & Deposits**
* A half-month rental is required as a breakage deposit, refundable after the spring clean inspection.
* A 50% of the booking fee will be payable to secure dates, the remaining 50% payable 30 days before arrival.
* A spring clean fee applies to all bookings of 28 days or more.

**Utilities & Services**
* The following are included in the booking fees: Fibre / Alarm / Garden Service
* Water and electricity are included; however, usage is monitored. Should consumption be considered excessive, the owner reserves the right to recover additional costs.
* For stays exceeding 28 days, guests are required to arrange their own housekeeper at least every second week.

**Occupancy & Property Use**
* The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests.

**Linen, Towels & Supplies**
*One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking.
* No additional linen or towels are supplied.
* Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
* This is a self-catering property. Housekeeping services are not included and must be arranged privately by the guest.

**Pets & Smoking**
*No pets are permitted. If the owner grants prior written approval, a pet cleaning fee of R350.00 will apply.
*Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

**Entertainment & Internet**
* Guests must log in using their own streaming accounts such as Netflix and DSTV Stream.

**General**
